How to Download the G3 SmartDialer App:

The G3 SmartDialer app is available for download on the official Android Market, or by scanning the QR code below.

How to download using the QR code:

1. Launch any QRC reader.
2. Hold your Android device up to the code and wait a few moments.
3. Once taken to the G3 app product details page within Android Market, click to install.

*Some QR code reader applications are available for free download at the Android Market. However, you may be charged a per download fee if you select a paid reader app.

How to download directly from the G3 web site:

When downloading from our website, you must 'allow third-party application installation' to download the G3 SmartDialer.

Downloading from the G3 Site: STEP 1

1. On your Android device, open the Applications menu and click on the Settings application.
2. Select 'Applications' from the Settings menu and make sure that 'Unknown Sources' is checked.

*You can change this setting back after the current installation is complete.

Downloading from the G3 Site: STEP 2

1. Go to our download page, and enter your email (must be accessible via your Android device) or mobile number.
2. Once you receive our email or SMS, click on the link provided to download the G3 SmartDialer.

Downloading from the G3 Site: STEP 3

1. Once the download is complete, open the 'Notifications list' (by clicking on the arrow) on your Android device, or return to the home screen and pull down on the Status bar (at the top of the screen) to see the list of newly-downloaded files.
2. Click on the G3 Mobile file name.
3. To install the application, just click on the install button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Use the G3 SmartDialer App for the First Time:

1. Once installed, launch the G3 App.
2. Enter your mobile number, e-mail, and PIN (if applicable). Click on Update Profile.
3. Save your changes and you are ready.

When to Enter Your PIN

If you have a G3 SmartCard, you may enter the PIN found at the back of the card. This will let you use whatever minutes you have on the card instead of your regular G3 account (if you have one). Leave this portion blank if you do not have a G3 SmartCard.

Placing a Call with the G3 SmartDialer app:

From your Android mobile device:

1. To start using the service, launch the G3 SmartDialer application.
2. Select a contact from your contacts list, or enter the phone number you wish to call.

From your Android tablet:

1. To start using the service, launch the G3 SmartDialer application.
2. Go to the Settings, and set Call Type to either "VoIP WiFi" or "VoIP Data."
3. Go back to Settings, and click Done.
4. Select a contact from your contacts list, or enter the phone number you wish to call.

*You must have WiFi or 3G connectivity on your Android tablet to be able to use the G3 app.
