How to Download the G3 SmartDialer App:

The G3 SmartDialer app is available for download on the official BlackBerry World™, or by scanning the QR code below.

How to download using the QR code:

1. Launch the BB Messenger. Open the menu and find the option "Scan a Group Barcode" and click on "Continue."
2. Hold your BlackBerry device up to the code and wait a few moments. Click "yes" when it asks you to proceed.
3. Once taken to the G3 app product details page withinBlackBerry World, click to install.

*Other QR code reader applications are available for free download at the BlackBerry World™. However, you may be charged a per download fee if you select a paid reader app.

How to Use the G3 SmartDialer App for the First Time:

1. Once installed, launch the G3 App (go to your 'Downloads' folder).
2. Enter your mobile number, e-mail, and PIN (if applicable). Click on Update Profile.
3. Save your changes and you are ready.

When to Enter Your PIN

If you have a G3 SmartCard, you may enter the PIN found at the back of the card. This will let you use whatever minutes you have on the card instead of your regular G3 account (if you have one). Leave this portion blank if you do not have a G3 SmartCard.

Placing a Call with the G3 SmartDialer app:

1. To start using the service, launch the G3 SmartDialer application.
2. Select a contact from your contacts list, or enter the phone number you wish to call.

Alternatively, you may also click directly on your native contact list. Select the contact you wish to call, and click on the BlackBerry menu button . Select and click on "Call via G3 SmartDialer" from the menu.
